Information on “how to enter” and prizes form part of conditions of entry.
Enter as many times as you wish by submitting your blinged up vehicle on the car game. All details must be completed as required.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies are eligible to vote, but will not be eligible to win. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point, NSW, 2060 (ABN 16 097 410 896).
The Competition commences 07/10/05 at 09:00 and closes on 13/11/05 at 17:00 AEDT.
The winners will be the best entries as decided by the judges, having regard to creativity and originality of their blinged up car, at the Promoter’s premises at 11:00 on: 20/11/05.

The total prize value is up to $3,890 as at 05/10/05 and includes:
The 10 best entries will each receive a mini iPod valued at $299 each and the next best 10 winners will each receive an EA Sport ‘Need 4 Speed’ game valued at $90 in total.

The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Winners’ will be notified by mail and their names will be published at www.explode.com.au on 21/11/05.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and notify winners. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.


The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered in connection with the redemption of and/or use of any other prizes. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
